• Fares and prices are not guaranteed until full payment is received and tickets/confirmations are issued.
• We accept major credit cards. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount for your booking.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information for all travelers.
• Ensuring you have valid travel documents (passports, visas, health certificates) required for your destination.
• Reviewing all booking details and itineraries immediately upon receipt and notifying us of any errors.

4. Changes and Cancellations

Changes and cancellations are subject to the rules and penalties of the specific travel supplier. Online Train Booking may also charge an administrative fee for processing changes or cancellations. Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for detailed information.

5. Limitation of Liability

Online Train Booking shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, punitive, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the performance of third-party suppliers, including delays, cancellations, overbooking, or force majeure events.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
